HOW WE WORK IN SCHOOLS
Literacy instruction: strategy & implementation
Helping leaders ground explicit, structured literacy instruction in the science of learning, with particular emphasis on writing across grades and content areas, alongside whatever curriculum a district has chosen.
Literacy PD.
Half-day, full-day, or multi-session sequences for teachers and instructional coaches across all grades and content areas — reading, writing, and the literacy demands of every subject.
Coaching the coach
Cohort or 1:1 work with instructional coaches on literacy and on broader instructional practices grounded in learning science.
Course development
Custom slides and facilitator's guides that equip your staff to lead professional development themselves.
Parent education & engagement
Workshops, resources, and community-building that bring families into the instructional work, so what's happening in classrooms is visible, understandable, and supportable at home.
